The operator of Aptiness and controller of personal data is Aptien Labs s.r.o., company ID 26397668, Pobřežní 249/46, 186 00 Prague 8, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 435162. Contact for data protection questions: support@aptien.com.

What we collect and why

  • Assessment report: your email, optionally your phone number, and your answers. We send you the report and a colleague from Aptien gets in touch with an offer on how to close the gaps. The legal basis is your request for the report and the consent you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to support@aptien.com.
  • Contact and demo requests: your name, company, email, phone and message, whichever you fill in. We use them to handle your request.

How long

We keep form data for up to 2 years from our last contact with you, unless you become an Aptien customer. Once you withdraw consent, we stop sending offers straight away.

Who has access

We don't pass your data to third parties for their marketing. It is processed on our behalf only by technical providers, such as hosting.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw consent. Just write to support@aptien.com. The supervisory authority is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

Terms of use

Aptiness is run by the team behind Aptien, and Aptien is our product. We name it as such wherever we mention it.
