Yes. There is no sign-up and you see the full result straight after the last answer. You only enter an email address if you want the full report with the action plan.
No. The assessments are self-assessments based on the text of the EU directives, and every question names the article it comes from. National laws can go further than a directive and set their own dates and procedures, so check your national law before making decisions.
They check the requirements set by the EU directives themselves, which every EU Member State has to adopt into national law. They do not check the extra rules of any single country.
